Thanks to Wayfair, our vacation rental house project came together with a coastal fun vibe! 🖤

Game on. For the renovation of a Michigan beach cottage, the team 6 Thirty Decor made the most of the jumbo-size sleeping porch. As a vacation rental, they imagined it being a fun place for kids, teens, or even a girls’ weekend, and metal-framed twin beds would give everyone personal space. They chose a machine-washable rug by Novogratz, a design duo (and parents of seven) who know a thing or two about heavy traffic. The finishing touch: turning a former walk-in closet into a hangout nook for gaming or reading.

Good morning from Blackbird in Beachwalk! We loved working on the details of this house with plenty of fun accessories! In fact, these pillows were bought before we started the 4 houses. Does anyone else love the accessorizing part of finishing a room like we do?!

Here it is! Our fourth and final house in the cutest vacation rental community, Beachwalk in Michigan City! This one is named Blackbird and was so much fun to decorate in a monochromatic black and white theme (with touches of birds!) We can’t wait to show you the entire house!
