TimberShoppe I love wood…and tools… the more, the better! Sometimes I actually build things, but I’d be lying if I didn’t wish that was all I did.

In the meantime, I’ll just keep collecting more tools, gathering wood, and learning as I go!

Spent some time in the shop, which naturally means I've once again failed at photography. Behold! An outdoor TV cabinet with a lift (starring my super glamorous plywood sheet stand-in as the TV... for demonstrative purposes
only....yes, it's a bit wonky, but you get the idea ).
The guts are an interior plywood box wrapped in white oak planks, and I finished it off with Rubio Monocoat DuroGrit— basically a superhero of wood finishes: fiber-fortified, water-soluble, and ready to battle the elements.
Now the cabinet just needs a real TV and I need slightly better photography skills

For some time, I've been unable to work in the shop the way I wanted to, and I had all intentions to get "back to it" this summer! Unfortunately, life throws curveballs and had different plans for us this summer. Despite my best efforts, I couldn’t get the time I wanted in the shop. Now that things have settled down and I can finally return to woodworking, I clearly missed the window to prep for any Christmas fairs.

It’s a bummer, but I’m shifting gears and focusing on spring fairs instead. In the meantime, I’ll be working on building up a little inventory. So, if you’re looking for a unique gift, don’t hesitate to reach out!
