Our Story

Please allow me (Kim Neuens) to introduce myself more formally; I graduated from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, with a degree in Classical Architecture and went on to work for a Civil Engineer, then a Residential Development and Construction Company. I managed a large residential building company, and was the lead Realtor, building and selling several homes per year. After living near Ann Arbor for over 17-years, my husband and I decided to relocate our family to the Saugatuck / Douglas area; which happens to be my hometown. Specializing in home design and interior styling, I’m happy to help you achieve your own signature look. I am also introducing a line of painted furnishings, custom wreaths & florals, and an array of unique gifts.
