A&W's Vintage Redos We are followers of Jesus Christ and try to reflect his love, and presence in everything we do.

A&W's specializes in sanding, staining, painting, distressing and glazing by hand vintage and antique pieces. Tables are our specialty but we also refinish dressers, chests, buffet/sideboards, coffee/end tables, china cabinets, etc.

Having a problem with carpenter bees or wasps hanging around your outdoor porch or deck? Apparently, wasps are very territorial creatures, and they won’t hang around a nest that isn’t their own. I hung mine up a couple of weeks ago and within a day all the annoying carpenter bees and wasp were scared off!
$12 each. Message if interested.

I don't know if anyone noticed but I put this beautiful nativity mantle scarf on the buffet in our booth. I took some close up pics so you can see the different scenes on it. I fell in love with it. A sweet, subtle way of remembering the real meaning of Christmas.

Something Beautiful

A few years ago Allan and I started redoing vintage furniture pieces and have found it’s never too late to find something you really love doing! Taking something old and sometimes forgotten and making it beautiful again is so rewarding. I love that picture in my mind! Isn't that what Christ does for us when we give him complete control of our lives? He takes the worn out, dusty, often broken pieces of our lives and makes them into something beautiful that He can use for his glory. It reminds me of one of my favorite verses, "If any man be in Christ, behold, he is a new creature, old things have passed away. All things are become new. 2 Corinthians 5:17.
