Wildwood Coating Inc in Dollar Bay, MI is a growing company seeking an Administrative Bookkeeper! This hybrid role combines bookkeeping, receptionist duties, and office management. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in QuickBooks, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable/receivable and financial reporting
- Answer phones, greet visitors, and manage office supplies and schedules
- Assist with general office management and maintain filing systems

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in bookkeeping and office administration
- Proficiency in QuickBooks
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- We’re looking for someone who is adaptable and eager to take on new challenges.

Benefits:
- Hourly rate: $18-$22
- Paid time off
- Hybrid work (flexible in-office & remote options)
