Wright Family Center

Wright Family Center For more information, follow this page! The Dieterich Community is one of growth and innovation. We have never been held back by our size.

Welcome to the Wright Family Center, a 16,500 square foot center boasting a full-size basketball court with 2 cross courts, 3 pickleball courts, a 2-lane walking track and 24 hour workout facility! We bring bold ideas to life! Meet the Wright Family Center! Since 2005, the Dieterich Community has added 125+ new homes to our amazing little town. Our population has increased an estimated 40%! This w

elcome growth has increased the demand for daycare and recreation opportunities. The Wright Family Center is designed to meet these demands by offering the following amenities:

· A 50 student daycare facility adjacent to Dieterich Elementary
· A full-size multi-purpose gym, with two cross length courts
· A 2-lane walking track around the gymnasium
· 3 community rooms that are flexible to meet any needs
· And a 24-hour workout facility

The Village of Dieterich received a $2,014,800 PARC Grant through IDNR. Blessed with this grant, the Wright Family Center will evolve from a modest facility with limited site furnishings to a modern facility, fully equipped from day one. It is important to note that the PARC Grant through IDNR will only cover recreational and support facilities and requires a 25% matching funds ($503,700). The 50 student daycare is not included in the grant funds and will continue to be 100% self-funded at a total cost of $400,000. With the grant funding, the overall capital campaign will decrease 28% from $1.25M to $900,000. To date we have $490,000 of the $900,000 committed, not including monies from the home raffle. The Wright Family Center is a bold idea! We have a unique opportunity to bring new amenities to our residents and economic growth to our businesses. The center is a shining example of what communities can do when everyone comes together. If you are interested in showing your support, see their website. Donation opportunities with appropriate recognition are available through the website. Your support would be much appreciated!! www.WrightFamilyCenter.com

A note from coach Holloway:
My name is Loren Holloway, and I bring nearly 20 years of basketball coaching experience to the court. While I love the excitement of game day, my true passion is found in the offseason, helping athletes develop skills, learn new abilities, and push themselves to the next level.
For me, training isn’t just about preparing for today; it’s about preparing athletes for the next challenge that comes their way. I’m passionate about creating high-energy training environments that build confidence, discipline, and a strong foundation in the fundamentals of the game.
My goal is to help every athlete maximize their potential, grow their basketball IQ, and develop the work ethic needed to succeed both on and off the court
