This will be an epic event that you won’t want to miss in Dexter, Oct. 2-3! FREE concerts both nights (Chris Cagle and Cody Canada?!) But we could use all the help we can get to put this on for free to the public!

The 1925 Osage house in Fairfax, Oklahoma that we bought 4 years ago to renovate had the most amazing hand-painted canvas wallpaper! Unfortunately, decades of smoking in the house left it so stained with ni****ne that it was completely unsalvageable. Believe us, we tried cleaning it! All that did was strip the color and leave the odor. 😞

With all new paint and refinished floors, it’s FOR SALE, FULLY FURNISHED! Please share with anyone you know who is looking for an updated piece of history in Osage County, Oklahoma!

Ooft. We have been a little bit MIA here for a while. Four years ago, we bought a gorgeous 1925 Osage house in Fairfax, Oklahoma with plans to renovate it and offer it to the next owner to love.

Well, it was finally time to focus and FINISH! We spent most of the past (hot!) month pushing through the final to-do list; repairing plaster, painting, and updating bathrooms and lighting inside, and giving it a dramatic facelift outside.

And it’s finally FOR SALE, FULLY FURNISHED! Please share with anyone you know who is looking for an updated piece of history in Osage County, Oklahoma!
