Progress!!! This beauty of a building might have seemed like a loss cause to some.... but not us and not . It’s been a challenge with location, power lines and of course the rot. But should be clear sailing from here.

This project has been an amazing experience. If we’ve done our job correctly nobody will ever know we were here. 😂 It’s the best compliment we can hope for. .

The framing is done and we couldn’t be happier!
Retro fitting framing into a 100 year old building isn’t the easiest task..... but easy is boring. As long as our roofer has us covered tight with the EPDM we should be covered for the next 100 years. Time to trim it out 👍. .
