We currently have a mobile home available for rent two bedroom one bath. Washer and dryer stove and refrigerator included. Off street parking and nice deck. The rent is $925 per month with a deposit of the same. There’s a $35 background check. I’ve considered upgrading the flooring, depending on the tenant.
