We’re a busy, fast-paced millwork company looking for a dependable and organized secretary to be the front line of our office.

📍 Location: Baton Rouge, LA
🕖 Hours: (Full-Time)
Monday-Thursday: 7:00am-4:30pm
Friday: 7:00am-12:00pm

✨ Job Responsibilities:
• Answer and direct calls on a multi-line phone system
• Greet customers, vendors, and visitors with a professional, friendly attitude
• Filing important documents and keeping them organized
• Assist with scheduling, email correspondence, and basic office tasks
• Provide general administrative support to office and shop staff
• Run errands as needed

✅ Ideal Candidate:
• Great phone etiquette and strong communication skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Comfortable working in an office environment
• Has a reliable mode of transportation
• Willing to learn and grow with the company
• No prior experience in millwork needed—just a good work ethic and a positive attitude!

Happy Thanksgiving from everyone at Superior Millworks!! We have such a great group of worker's and we can't thank each and everyone of them enough for all of the hard work that goes in every day. Also, thanks to all of our customers throughout the year for the opportunity to work on numerous projects.
