This home gained so much room when they took out their peninsula and two sided fireplace. They added an island and placed the dining room table where their fireplace stood. It’s much more spacious!

The microwave drawer on the end of the island is a feature that is especially loved by their grandkids! Making room beside the pantry for vacuum supplies freed up an entire hall closet. She commented on how much she loves the bigger sized drawers; she said “it makes it easy to see everything that’s in them.”

Their bathroom received a facelift too! The continued color scheme from the kitchen looks fresh, clean and ties it all together. Another grandchild favorite is the pull out step stool for the little ones to wash their hands 😊

Rachel and Kyle Osting were ready to brighten up their kitchen and make some adjustments to the design/functionality of their space.

*Access to the refrigerator was always an obstacle due to the seating at the island. Therefore, seating is now on the opposite side making the high traffic area fluid. Adding some length to the island also allowed for more surface area for meal prep.
* The once wine bar was transformed into a cafe space. The retractable doors conceal the small appliances needed for their new coffee bar.
* The height they added to their upper cabinets provides additional storage that everyone desires!
* The fireplace is now a beautiful focal point with complimenting arched built-ins along either side. The color really pulls out the dark in the stone, which in turn ties it all together.
* The cubby area they added off of the garage door entrance makes for an organized “catch all” for the kids (and adults!) that’s out of sight of the main living area.

Thank you to Tony and Elizabeth Bonifas for one of our more recent projects! They’re a couple who upon graduation moved to Columbus. Once starting a family, they knew they wanted to be back in the Delphos school district. Thankfully, there was family farmland available to them and were able to RE-establish roots right back where it all started!

Their new home has a couple special features! The sliding pantry door is a gorgeous way to conceal their surplus of supplies and the Costco door within the pantry really adds convenience for them to unload those supplies directly from the garage to their pantry!

Big thanks to Bob and Kathy Ulm for letting us assist in their new home remodel! This once dark and dated kitchen is now bright, cheery and functional. It had been since the mid 60’s since there have been any updates, so we were thrilled to help them make it their own! This is one time that a customer’s comment on “touch” really meant a lot; per Bob, he states “when I touch the outside of the cabinets, they feel very smooth and elegant.”

This customer has been in their home for about seven years and they decided that it was time for them to update their master bath! After removing a couple of “block” windows and a garden tub, it was time to focus on their needs, AND their wants!! We personalized their space so they each had an area to call their own. Removing the tub and closing in the windows gave them a ton of storage. The light color on the wall helped to keep the room bright, even after removing the natural light they received from the windows. The extra thickness on the quartz top really sets this room off, pulling it all together!! Thanks to Ron and Cheryl Elwer for allowing us to transform part of your master suite. We hope you enjoy it!
