OK....a few months ago I posted pic of these seat caps we're doing for local restaurants. We completed 5 restaurants for a total of 305 of these pieces. Apparently they went over well, as we picked up the remainder of the stores throughout Florida. Now we only have 3000 more of them to do....

Had a customer come in with a Chaparral deck boat. Interior was previously upholstered by another shop a couple of years ago with less than acceptable results. The seat cushions were separating at the seams, the wrong foam was used, and the vinyl was stretched way too tight. This is the replacement seat cushions we installed (trying to match the original color as close as possible)

A month or so ago, I created a seat cap for a restaurant booth. They were wooden seats and wanted it upholstered without buying all new booths. Direct Millworks built the curved wooden base (5 1/2' wide and 2' deep) and I padded it with 1" marine foam and a pleated vinyl cover. Fits directly over the existing booth. They liked it, so they ordered 56 of them! It took weeks to build & upholster all of them....
Jump to this month after other restaurant owners saw the finished product. Now I have 172 more to build.....gonna be a loooonnnggg month......
