We purchase our furniture in closeouts, overstocks, or bulk from nationally recognized brand name manufacturers. We got our start as a one store operation in Russellville, Arkansas. Over the years Overstock Furniture& Mattress flourished from its homegrown roots to more than a dozen states across the country. Though located in premium retail outlets, we look for affordable real estate at low costs

. Some of our locations may look a lot like previous tenants because we do not spend a lot of money on capital expenditures. We do that to pass the savings along to you. Q: Where does our furniture come from? A: We purchase our furniture in closeouts, overstocks, or bulk from nationally recognized brand name manufacturers. Q: Can I get my furniture delivered? A: We as a company do not offer delivery services, however there are third party options available that you can access to have your furniture delivered. Q: Do you offer warranty on your furniture? Our furniture is typically closeout, or overstock, we do not offer a warranty on our furniture. However, select mattresses are first-line products include manufacturer's warranty; in such cases, there is appropriate signage on the mattresses and unless this signage is expressly on that products, assume no warranty is available. Q: What is the a return policy? A: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. The customer is responsible for inspecting the purchase in store at the time of purchase. This applies to all merchandise, including floor models and name brand secondary mattresses because the specific product chosen is the product received. Our products are sold As Is unless a written warranty is given. Q: What if I have an issue with my furniture after purchase? A: The best way to resolve any issues is to visit the store and see your sales representative, but if you are unable then please email our support line [email protected] and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
