Rescued Furniture We take old, abused, unloved furniture and make it work for you. Gerry is a carpenter and builder by trade, and Janet works at Central Special School.

Gerry and Janet Griffith live in Davidsonville, MD, with Janet's mom, two daughters, and an assortment of wonderful pets. In her spare time, Janet has always enjoyed collecting and transforming furniture. A side-effect is a house FULL of interesting and useful items. But full means full, so it's time to branch out and see who else we can help. We'll talk to you about your house, your hobbies, and your needs, and we'll rescue the perfect piece of furniture for you and your family.

This couch needs some superficial rescuing, but should fit right into a TV nook once it is resurfaced!

Coming soon... pictures of "rescued curtains". We bought a bunch of "sailcloth" curtains for a bedroom that just didn't work out. So little by little, we've been repurposing them: cover for a bench seat in the breezeway, a chart-holding bag for the sailboat, and most recently, a sail cover for our laser!
