Sometimes you open up a wall and find surprises. Like these three pipes hidden behind the wall. This project was originally going to take a short time to take the old window out, and watch the opening, and install a new window. Luckily, some creative routing and we’re back in business.

Finally, wrapping up this new deck project with new sliding patio doors that flow out onto the new area. Also that bent piece of facia destroyed by the wind will be fixed on our next visit.

Our deck project is finished up and all we have to do is remove these interior windows and replace them with two sliding glass doors. Then our transformation is complete.

Emergency deck repair. Whoever built a deck did not attach it to the foundation correctly. Plus, the boards were not gapped so they very quickly rotted away. We removed all the old boards, the old handrails were were used, and we laid down new truck stacking. And rebuilt the stairs. Reinstalled the old handrails in the end.

Turning part of this garage space into a home gym. Waldorf a 13’ x 13’ section. Installed a Pella sliding glass door. The walls are insulated and a wall heater provides a nice comfortable temperature even in the cold winters. Drywall and trim installed. Ready for the customer to paint it and make it their own.
