Well its been a week with no phone service, after 5 days a tech came said you’re right, doesn’t work, made it so now I don’t have internet either. I’m at a loss, after repeated attempts to find a human that could expidite. Expectations low for repair this week, so sorry, we will remain open until at least 3/30, come down, we’re itching to move some nice things into someone’s home!
