With so many new faces joining our community lately, we wanted to take a moment to reintroduce ourselves!

We’re Tanner Moussa and Mackenzie Lewis, the brother-sister team behind MOUS. Named as a nod to our family name, Moussa, MOUS was born four years ago out of a shared, lifelong passion for design.

Growing up in the home furnishings industry gave us an early appreciation for craftsmanship, rich materials, and international design elements. Today, from our home base in Dallas, we love working closely with the design trade to create pieces that are functional, striking, and built to inspire conversation.

We’re constantly creating, and we have some incredible new launches coming up soon. Thank you all for your continued support and for following along on this journey with us!

Our AXIS Bench and AXIS Console have returned. With their signature sweeping brass silhouettes and a balance of sculptural form and everyday function, both pieces are equally at home in an entryway or living space, designed to make an impression without overwhelming a room.

Our ELLIPSE Side Table graces the pages of Robb Report’s 50th Anniversary Issue, on stands this month. “Once the domain of the daintiest decor, lacquer is making its mark on some of the home’s biggest and most important pieces.” Thrilled to be included in this milestone issue, alongside so many incredible names in design. Our LUNA Vase, seen here in Emily Eng Interiors’ space for this year’s Brooklyn Heights Designer Showhouse.

Loosely inspired by Napoleon’s bedroom at Malmaison, the room reimagines the tented bedroom through a mix of neoclassical ornamentation, French modernism and Japanese influence. LUNA feels right at home within the space’s balance of sculptural form, rich detail and quiet restraint.

Our CHICANE tête-à-tête is very much at home in Barry Dixon’s latest Chesapeake Bay project, bringing tailored elegance to this room for two sisters and seamlessly blending pattern and comfort. Our Chicane anchors the space, offering a highly functional spot for cozy conversations between the queen-sized beds. A lovely balance of tailored design and relaxed living.

As the air gets crisper, we’re craving texture and warmth indoors. The FORUM Console brings an organic, grounded quality to the room through its textured bronze base and marbled gray and ivory vellum. Paired with the HALE Vase and autumn branches, it feels perfectly suited to the season.
