We are looking for an experienced mobile detailer or someone willing to train for the position. We are listed on the top page of Google results which is where we get most of our business at the current moment. We also have a couple of business clients that we take care of. Google “Car Detailing Dallas” or “Mobile Detailing Dallas” also "Fleet Detailing Dallas" and you will find us at the top of the organic search results.
This position is a full time position. The workload can be sporadic but always within the times of 9am - 8pm. That being said, you will not always have work at the same times. Some of our business clients are scheduled, but the rest are scheduled by the customers. You may have one day with 2-3 cars, and days with 0-1 car. There also may be bulk wash days at apartments or businesses that you will wash more cars but with assistance.
That being said, we will be paying a set weekly rate of $600+ Tips (Tips of $20 per detail are very common) a week which is $15/hr for being available for 40 hours a week regardless of how many hours you may work under 40 hours. You will never work more than 40 hours, but in many cases you will work less then 40 hours. Each detail takes about 1.5-3.5 hours depending not he service they chose and the condition of the vehicle.
We do not do advanced waxing, polishing, or ceramics. We specialize in a clean, convenient, and thorough mobile detailing experience with a flawless look. We use spray wax that can be easily applied in our more expensive packages. We also provide odor removal and stain removal services. So you do not have to worry about knowing how to wax, etc. But we do want you to know some basics but be 100% willing to learn our processes to flow well with our customer’s experience.
We do want you to have attention to detail. Taking time to look over the vehicles multiple times to make sure you get everything in sight clean for the customer. We also have a standards that we train you on to keep everything uniform.
You will be able to eventually take the work truck home with you and dispatch to your appointments if you need to. Otherwise you will pick up the truck daily for your appointments.
