Just had a client who wrote a review. Here is a shameless plug for Leather Finesse:

We needed to clean or reupholster two leather chairs in our den. Stephen came out to look at the chairs and was extremely helpful in presenting and discussing the various options. We decided to reupholster the chairs and the job Stephen did on them was excellent - they came back looking better than ever. We discovered a slight problem with the mechanism on the recliner after the chairs were delivered, but Stephen came out to look at the recliner and fixed the problem without issue. We couldn't be more pleased with the work Leather Finesse did and would highly recommend them for any leather reupholstering work you might need.

I am looking to speak with someone out there who has a good working knowledge of content writing for a website I am attempting to launch very soon. The content writing is really the only thing that is holding up its launch.

Leather furniture Unlike fabric can be rejuvenated, restored, and even replace an old worn leather panel/piece in one area with a new piece of leather. With fabric, once the fabric is discontinued you cannot repair restore or replace a panel.

It's been quite a while since I have posted on Facebook about Leather Finesse. I'm not a firm believer that posting on Facebook will benefit my business but I am willing to give it some consideration.

One of the things that I'm constantly reminded of is that furniture stores do not inform their clients on how to take care of their leather furniture. In some instances that might be a good thing. Better to say nothing about caring for Leather if you don't know what proper cleaning products are good for a particular leather finish.

At Leather Finesse we often come in contact in a given day with at least 2 to 5 different types of Leather finishes.

When it comes to Leather care one size does not fit all, in other words one particular leather cleaning product may not be good for another leather finish type. Some leathers have a very durable acrylic finish on it. There may be another type of leather finish or no finish that is very porous. You would not necessarily use the same cleaning product or care product for the porous Leather that you would use on a highly corrected leather with an acrylic finish.

It is best to read the labels before applying or purchasing any leather products and make sure it is recommended for your leather finish type.

Remember leather furniture is far more durable than fabric and with leather there are a lot of options in restoring it as opposed to fabric which you cannot restore.

If you have any questions about leather care or what it takes to restore your leather furniture feel free to give us a call at: 678-714-9181

Cheers!

Here are the photos of the chair I referenced in my previous post.

A customer whom I recently restored his much loved leather chair- his dog chew the arm up. The chair had some additional damage and we restored the chair -- click the individual photos to get a good view of the before and after. Below is the email he recently sent me regarding the work our team did:

Stephen,

George Shwab here, thanks again for your outstanding work on our prized leather chair that you returned to us yesterday. I did a review while signed into Angie's List and then again on your web site via the portal into Angie's List but while typing in my name it left the screen. Hopefully one of the two reviews makes it to Angie's List. You are truly awesome at your craft and thanks again for calling me up recently and suggesting using the left over leather for seat and back cushion plus your recommendations on leather care yesterday. Yes your company is known as "Leather Finesse" but you are really the "Leather Magician" and second to no one in our humble opinion. Hope doggy doesn't pull this stunt again but if Sammy does we'll be calling you and nobody else!

Sincerely and GratefulCustomers,

Sandy & George Shwab IV

Here are two recent re-upholstery jobs that our team did. We restored in new leather. One recliner and ottoman we reconstituted the fabric but changed out the green leather for red. The other recliner we removed the highly stained leather that had no protection and reupholstered the recliner with a user friendly leather that is easy to maintain and repair. Consider Leather Finesse for your next upholstery project!!!
