Over the last few weeks, we’ve experienced some shifts behind the scenes—and while change can feel uncomfortable in the moment, it always has a way of pushing you forward.
This piece is a perfect reflection of that.
Finished for a returning client in South Carolina, this dresser was fully stripped, carefully restored, and refinished to seamlessly coordinate with pieces she purchased from us last year. Every detail—from veneer repair to custom stain layering, glazing, and final toning—was thoughtfully executed to achieve a rich, balanced brown with depth and movement.
It was then sealed in our signature matte lacquer for a smooth, durable finish that feels as beautiful as it looks.
This one pushed me in the best way—and I’m incredibly proud of where it landed.
