This afternoon expect MAJOR Traffic backups during the afternoon and evening.

POTUS and VP land in Philly around 12:30/1pm
VP leaves at 230
POTUS stays for dinner in the city somewhere.

Traffic will be a mess. Flight delays also will be possible due to this visit at Girard College.
