We were lucky enough to be invited to the friends and family soft opening of Big Country’s BBQ and Deli in Panacea, FL. They have the smoker out back puffing smoke and loaded with Chicken, Ribs, and Boston butts.

Due to scheduling conflicts we are only able to attend the breakfast service.

Let me tell yall something, Wakulla County finally has a place with a true country style breakfast.

The loaded omelet was delicious and the biscuits and gravy are just how Mama makes them.

They open to the public Monday morning and you’ll probably see me in there again.

I am deeply humbled and honored to announce that I will be joining the Brotherhood Ride team again this year. This year is going to be a little different for me as I trade in my yellow support shirt for a jersey and climb in the saddle. Stay tuned for raffles and fundraisers that will allow me to participate.

For anyone who wishes to donate, please send me a private message and I will get that information to you. Your donation will make a real impact on my life and the lives of others.

This year’s ride will be dedicated to 13 Florida Fallen First Responders who died in the line of duty in 2023 while protecting their communities. Beginning October 22nd from Naples, our team will honor them by cycling through the state of Florida for 8 days, covering over 600 miles and average 70-90 miles a day. The ride will conclude on October 29th in Live Oak

Any product that we would not be happy with in our home is destroyed and will never be for sale.
