Receivables Accounting Clerk Full Time

Are you detail-oriented? Do you like the checks and balances process, data entry, and everything involving numbers?

American Factory Direct Furniture may have a full-time position just right for you! We are seeking a motivated, Excel savvy Accounts Receivable Clerk. This position will assist in the billing process of the Accounting Department. This entails the accurate processing of sales after the delivery of merchandise on a daily basis and in a timely manner. You will be performing general accounting support tasks including, scanning of accounting documents, filing, handling of cash reports, assisting with phones, preparing a variety of reports and compiling data.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Superior communication
• Quick and accurate data entry skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Positive attitude
• Works effectively with others within a team environment
• Basic knowledge of the accounting cycle
