This will be our 50th anniversary!!! We don’t have the exact registration date, but it will not be before February 23. We look forward to seeing everyone.

Camp Old Hickory will once again be working with Sawyer (camp registration software) for camper and CIT registration. Registration will open February 25th at 7:00 pm
To prepare for camp registration opening please do the following:
If you are using a cell phone, please turn your phone sideways (landscaped).
If your child attended Camp Old Hickory last year and you already have a Sawyer account:
• Login using the following link:
o https://www.hisawyer.com/camp-old-hickory/auth/log-in
• Verify your contact information
• Make sure all your campers are part of your family account.
• Make sure your payment information is up to date.

If you did not send your child to Camp Old Hickory in 2024 and do not have a Sawyer account, please create an account PRIOR to registration.
• Login using the following link:
o https://www.hisawyer.com/camp-old-hickory/auth/sign-up

• Please make sure that your account contains:
o Your contact information
o All information about your campers
o Correct payment information

• To add children in Sawyer on a computer or on a sideways (landscaped) phone:
o Pull the arrow down next to your name in the top right corner of the screen.
o Select
o Select next to on the top left of the screen.

Please note the application for Counselors/Interns can still be found on the camp website (www.campoldhickory.com) Counselors and Interns will not be handled by Sawyer.

Good evening!! We would like to squash some rumors going around that registration will begin this Friday 2/14. THAT I NOT TRUE! As of now we are shooting for 2/21/25. We will post when the date with the exact time as soon as we have confirmation.

Update - Thank you for the feedback about 2/21/25….we will not open registration that day. Stay tuned…now shooting for 2/20/25.

2/19 Update- Registration WILL NOT begin tomorrow. We are now shooting for 2/25 or 2/26. We should have confirmation this evening.

We are gearing up for our 49th year of camp. We don’t have the exact date that camp registration will open…yet! But below is the camp schedule for 2025

Session 1 – June 2- June 6
Session 2 – June 9 - June 13
Session 3 – June 16 - June 20
Session 4 – June 23 - June 27
Session 5 – July 7 - July 11
Session 6 – July 14 - July 18

Camp Old Hickory is pleased to announce that we will be working with Sawyer (camp registration software) for camper and CIT registration.

-Create a family profile and add multiple children all under one account.
-Book sessions for campers and CITs with ease and on the go.
-Immediate Confirmation
-Managing the Wait list for each Session.
-User friendly and mobile responsive management.
-Pay online automatically and securely.
-Camp Old Hickory will no longer use PayPal.
-Manage your schedule all in one place.
-Sync your child(ren)’s bookings to your ical or google calendar.

Registration will open: Friday, February 23 @ 7pm

PLEASE NOTE: If you are using your phone you will need to turn your phone sideways in order to add your children to the profile.

You must create an account PIROR to registration. Please note the application for Counselors/Interns can still be found on the camp website. Counselors and Interns will not be handled by Sawyer. Wow! We are humbled by the response to the opening of Summer 2023 registration. We also thank you for your patience with the process. Due to the sheer number of people attempting to register at the same time our website was overwhelmed. We truly apologize for all the issues related to registration. We will be reviewing all applications received and will contact you if necessary. Camp Old Hickory Summer 2023 is full, but our waitlist is now available. Thank you all for the continued support.

Happy Mardi Gras! Sorry it is taking so long to open registration. Don’t worry about registration opening before Thursday, February 23rd. We have had some unexpected delays. We will post at least 24 hours prior to the opening of registration.
