Let's Be Clear: Rest Easy Mattress Only Sells #1 Grade New Products in Factory Packaging. What's the difference between #1 Grade Bedding Products and #2 Grade "Secondary" Bedding Products?
#1 Grade is ordered by a licensed retailer from the manufacturing plant and delivered by the manufacturers own trucks to the retail business/store. They are Factory Wrapped for the customers protection.
#2 Grade Secondary Bedding can be any combination of the following : Bedding not meeting #1 quality standards - Warranty or Comfort Returns - Floor Samples - Old Overstock, Closeout & Discontinued Models - Refurbished Used Bedding - Re-Wrapped in plastic used bedding that has been previously slept on by others.
Most All Secondary Bedding is sold by independent middlemen who buy up large quantities of these beds at low prices from the manufacturers and businesses that have closed and then resell them to small retailers.
