Custom chicken house with run available!

Delivery and installation available!!

Wooden coop with metal roof.

Run is screened in with hardware cloth.

House is approximately 4'x4'
Run is approximately 4'x8'
Total is 4'x12'

House and run are securely attached but can be easily separated for transport or moving.

Egg laying box has 3 slots with access from outside the coop.

There is a small screened in window in the house with working shutters.

Walk-in door in run, and large door for access to the house.

2 roosting bars in house.

All wood has been primed and painted with exterior grade paint (inside of house is not).

All wood touching the ground is prime pressure treated lumber.

This red oak newel post (from a torn down staircase) had a lot more life to give.

A little time on the lathe and a simple oil rub made this beauty shine again.

Okay….. what do you think?
I wish I had a before before, meaning before he surprised me with shelves…..but I am loving the after. IYKM… I am not done. I am still in “playing around” mode, but isn’t it wonderful so far?
P.S. I stuck to the rules, well…. Still working on the practical:)
I would like something in the frame of course, but also a mirror to reflect??

Time for a little facelift in this bathroom. This wall has a little quirky bump out- so I enlisted the help of the Woodhouse to make me some inexpensive shelves from scrap wood.

Oh, there are some rules.
*No shopping.
*Only allowed to reuse what is in the house.
*one day to complete
*has to be practical and not all for show

Stop in after 5 to see what we come up with.

We need to keep these pups comfortable, but our homeowner needs her space to be beautiful.
