Cranetex Services owned by Bill Shuttles is an independent third party company that performs annual inspection on all types of hoisting equipment as detailed in the OSHA Code of Federal Regulations. We are a recognized crane consultant entity in all areas of the hoisting industry. We now offer Crane Operator training virtually with ITI’s VR headset unit and we come to you. No need to take a crane

out of service to prepare your operators for the NCCCO practical test. Cranetex Services was founded by John Alexander and Betty Mendoza in 1996. John Alexander is a veteran of 45 years in the heavy crane industry. Bill Shuttles has worked alongside John Alexander since 2014, when he decided to move to the inspection side of the hoisting business after being an NCCCO Certified Crane Operator since 2011. Bill became a NCCCO Certified Mobile and Overhead Crane Inspector in 2015. Prior to becoming an operator/inspector, Bill was an American Welding Society D1.1 accredited welder for the power production and crane industries. In August 2015, Bill Shuttles purchased Cranetex Services from John Alexander and changed the name to Cranetex LLC.
