We are a custom cabinet and millwork company catering to custom builders, designers, and architects. Our reputation for quality work has contributed to our success in the commercial industry and exclusive custom home market for over 30 years. Our business is located in beautiful Northern California near Redding in Shasta County.

We are currently seeking a Draftsperson/Project Manager to become a key member of our team: an experienced, motivated employee to interact with contractors, designers, and architects on commercial and high-end residential projects providing shop drawings and ready to build designs using AutoCAD, Cabinet Ware and Cabinet Vision. Some on the job training ok. Wage will be commensurate with experience, ability and performance.

Experience and Qualifications
• Strong verbal and written skills are required.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, technical specifications, and scope sheets.
• Practical experience in woodworking and cabinet design would be helpful.
• Knowledge of ADA and WI rules, restrictions, and requirements is a plus.
• Drafting and layout of cabinet projects desired.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD (knowledge of Cabinet Ware/S2M, and Cabinet Vision).

Examples of Duties
• Prepare takeoffs from architectural plans for millwork and casework.
• Interact and problem solve with contractor/architect/designer.
• Confirm measurements.
• Produce working set of shop drawings.
• Program CNC machine and work closely with CNC operator, production manager, and foreman to convey job information.
• Must be punctual and reliable.

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Solid Surface Fabricator to join our team. As a Solid Surface Fabricator, you will be responsible for transforming raw solid surface materials into beautiful and functional surfaces for a wide range of applications, including countertops, vanities, wall cladding, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

· Measure, cut, and shape solid surface materials according to project specifications.

· Fabricate and assemble solid surface components with precision.

· Operate machinery and tools, including saws, routers, and sanders.

· Ensure the quality and accuracy of all fabricated products.

· Collaborate with the design and installation teams to achieve project goals.

· Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times.

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in solid surface fabrication is required.

· Proficiency in using fabrication tools and equipment.

· Strong attention to detail, precision in work, and knowledge of practical seam placement.

· Ability to read and interpret project drawings and specifications.

· Excellent problem-solving skills.

· Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

· Commitment to safety protocols.

· Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy materials.

Cabinet Installers

Established Cabinet shop located in Cottonwood, CA is seeking Cabinet Installers to work out of town (Northern CA) on fast paced commercial projects.

As a Cabinet Installer you will be part of a team responsible for installation of production grade casework. Qualified candidates must be able to work with minimal supervision, read blue prints and shop drawings. Our cabinet Installers are responsible for the overall integrity and workmanship of our products on site and work closely with our in house production team to ensure a quality product. The ideal candidate must have:

• 1-5 years of cabinet installation experience in a high production atmosphere
• Have a great attitude with professional appearance
• Be able to work without supervision in a fast-paced environment while meeting high expectations.
• Hourly prevailing wage available. (Job specific)

Job Requirements
• Ability to pass a drug test
• 1 - 3 years of cabinet installation experience
• Frame-less cabinet building experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License or reliable means to get to work each day on time.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must have all tools necessary to complete all facets of installation as required.
• Ability to read plans (elevations and layouts).
• Reliability, honesty, dependability, and integrity.
• Ability to maintain communication with field supervisor via email or phone.

It’s spring, and our crews will be busy traveling around Northern California providing quality casework to schools, clinics,and variety of other commercial work spaces. We will be concluding our project at UC Davis Medical Center, and currently moving into new phases of work in the Tahoe, Trinity, Sacramento and Santa Rosa areas. We are so proud of our entire workforce. It takes a village, and we couldn’t get it done without our experienced team of project managers, office staff, expert fabricators and a installation team that’s gets it done like no other. I guess you can say we are springing into action!
