Lancaster's Cabinetry is seeking a skilled and dependable Shop Craftsman with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the cabinetry industry. If you have a passion for quality craftsmanship and a strong background in both building and installing custom and semi-custom cabinets, we want to hear from you.

🔧 What You’ll Do:
-Fabricate custom and semi-custom cabinets to exact specifications

-Operate woodworking tools and machinery with precision and safety

-Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and plans

-Assist with cabinet installation on residential and light commercial projects

-Maintain shop organization, cleanliness, and tool maintenance

-Work collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional finished products

✅ What We’re Looking For:
-At least 5 years of hands-on experience in cabinetry (custom/semi-custom)

-Proficient in all phases of cabinet construction and installation

-Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team

-Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude

-Valid driver’s license preferred
