Your commute was frustrating this morning.

Most people on Earth don't own a car.

We complain about traffic, slow WiFi, leftovers for dinner. And I'm not saying those frustrations aren't real. They are.

But sometimes you need the numbers to snap you back.

1 in 5 people worldwide has a vehicle.
2.1 billion people don't have safe drinking water.
2.17 billion people have never been online.
673 million went hungry last year.

The life you're living right now, the one you sometimes call boring or stressful or not enough, is something most of the world is still working toward.

That's not meant to make you feel guilty. It's meant to make you feel grateful.

Save this for the next time you need a reminder. Share it with someone who might need some perspective today.

I got tired of guessing what content works.

So I built a tool that does the research for me.

It connects to Instagram, scrapes the top posts in any niche, downloads every Reel, transcribes every spoken hook with Whisper AI, and screenshots the first 3 seconds of every video.

Then it generates a full report. Top 6 posts ranked by engagement. Every hook transcribed. Format breakdown.

I ran it on my own niche. 48 posts analyzed. 44 videos transcribed. 138 hook screenshots captured.

The biggest finding? 96% of top content in my niche was Reels. Only 4% were carousels. That one stat changed my entire strategy. I started posting handwritten text carousels as a pattern interrupt. Low supply, high engagement.

The top hook in my niche got 21M views. The opening line was just "Yo, you wanna see something cool?" Simple beats polished. Every time.

I built this with Claude Code, Node.js, and Whisper. No API costs. No subscriptions. Completely free (aside from Claude Code).

Comment RESEARCH and I will send you the complete setup doc to build this yourself.

I just built an automation that does 14-18 hours of content research in about 10 minutes. And I'm giving the entire thing away.

No course. No catch. Just the tool.

Here's what it does. You type in your niche, hit enter, and it goes to work. It scrapes 50+ of the top-performing posts on Instagram for whatever keywords you choose. For every single post, it grabs the engagement numbers, saves the full caption, downloads the audio, and runs it through AI transcription so you have the complete script.

Then it screenshots the first three seconds of every video. Because the hook isn't just what they say. It's what you see.

When it's done, you get a full report. Top performers ranked by engagement. Winning patterns across all 50 posts. The hooks that are actually stopping the scroll. The CTAs driving comments.

I ran it on my own niche. 48 posts. Found that 96% of top content was Reels, which completely validated my decision to run carousels as a pattern interrupt. That's the kind of insight you only get when you zoom out across 50 posts at once instead of casually scrolling and guessing.

This used to be a part of a full two-day process. Open a post, screen record, copy caption, url, etc, paste into a google sheets, repeat 50 times. Nobody has time for that.

Now it's three commands in a terminal.

You'll need Claude Code and a few free tools installed. I'll send you everything, setup guide included to make this as easy as possible.

Most professionals post tips and wonder why nobody reaches out.

Here is the problem. Tips are interchangeable. Your story is not.

The professionals I see winning online are not the ones posting the most. They are the ones who dialed in their messaging first. They know what they believe, who they help, and what makes them different. That clarity shows up in everything they create.

A Brand Story Document captures all of this in one place. It makes content easier to create, positions you as the obvious choice, and attracts higher-paying clients.

I built a free tool that generates your brand doc for you. 8 questions. 5 minutes.

I see this happen all the time. You sit down to create content. You stare at the screen. Nothing feels right.

You are an expert. But translating that expertise into content that actually connects feels impossible.

Here is what nobody tells you. The problem is not your content. It is your messaging.

You skipped the foundation. You jumped straight to posting without ever dialing in what you stand for, who you help, and what makes you different.

That foundation is called a Brand Story Document.

It does three things.

First, it makes content easier to create. You stop guessing and start knowing exactly what to say.

Second, it positions you as the obvious choice. Not just another option in a crowded feed.

Third, it attracts higher-paying clients. When your messaging is dialed in, the right people find you. And they are willing to pay more because they already trust you before the first conversation.

This works for personal brands and business brands.

I built a free tool that walks you through it. 8 questions. 5 minutes. You walk away with a document that makes your brand more valuable today.

Memorial Day is complicated for me. I'll just say it.

I don't pretend to wave a flag without thinking about what's behind it. I have real problems with the military industrial complex. I don't believe that sending young people to die for agendas they were never told the truth about is something to celebrate blindly.

But I refuse to let that erase what's real.

Many people who enlisted didn't do it for politics or power. They did it because they loved someone. Their mom. Their brother. Their town. They believed they were protecting the people closest to them. And many of them never came home.

That's not something I can scroll past.

You can question the system and still honor the human inside it. You can disagree with the wars and still feel something for the 19-year-old kid who thought he was doing the right thing.

Nuance is the only honest response I know how to give.

Today I'm sitting with both. The frustration and the gratitude. The anger at what was wasted and the respect for what was given.

If you served or lost someone who did, I see you. And I genuinely respect anyone who was willing to give everything for the people they love.

That's the most selfless thing a person can do.

Most people will never start.

Not because they don't have the skills. Not because they don't have the time. Not because the market is too crowded or the timing is wrong.

Because they're afraid of what people will think.

I know because I was one of them. I sat on the idea of building my own brand for longer than I'd like to admit. I had the skills. I'd already built a following for a furniture business. I knew what worked. But putting my own face and name out there felt completely different.

What if people from high school see it and think I'm trying too hard? (I was homeschooled, so only my brothers would care).

What if my old coworkers laugh?

Then one day I just posted. It wasn't perfect. It wasn't polished. But it was out there. And nothing bad happened.

The people who were going to judge me were never going to support me anyway. And the people who did support me? They still do.

Every professional I talk to who's stuck, it's the same thing holding them back. Not strategy. Not tools. Fear. Fear that putting themselves online will somehow change how people see them.

It will. For the better.

The ones who win didn't start because they were ready. They started because they decided waiting was worse than being judged.

Your competitor posts daily. You posted once a few days ago.

Not because they work harder. Not because they have more to say. They just figured out something you haven't yet.

They built a system.

I talk to professionals every week who are better than their competition at the actual work. Better results, better track record, more experience. But online? Their competitor looks like the expert because they show up every day and you don't.

That's not a talent gap. That's a visibility gap.

Most people try to fix it by hiring a social media person or downloading another app. Neither works because neither solves the real problem. The real problem is you don't have a system that runs without you.

I built one. It runs on 7+ platforms. It sounds like you, not a bot. And you never touch it.

Comment "SYSTEM" if you want to see how it works.

I almost died at 25.

Up until that point I had lived most of my life on pure assumptions. Assumptions about God, how life works, how business works, even how the legal system works. I just accepted what I was told and never asked questions.

Then near death made me question everything.

I started asking people why they did what they did. Not once, but a few times in a row. "So why do you do that?" And almost every time, the answer eventually landed on "well, I guess because that's what we've always done" or "that's what I was told to do."

I had those same answers before my health crisis. Every single one of them.

But something happens when you almost lose everything. You stop pretending you have it figured out. And for the first time in my life I was actually happy to tell people in conversation that I didn't have all the answers.

That's when something clicked. When you stop acting like you already know everything, you learn way more. Crazy thought, right? We limit ourselves from massive growth by pretending we know more than people who are ahead of us in life.

I'm grateful for being 9 years down the road from that season. It was rough. But it brought a sense of freedom and peace I never thought possible. Truly letting go.

I still enjoy open conversations with people who like going deep and aren't afraid to say "this is what I believe, but I could be wrong."

If you've been through a season of questioning everything, religion, purpose, all of it, and you've come out the other side accepting that you don't know everything and you're okay with that now.

You're not alone.
