I take a huge amount of pride in my work and it makes me sick to see things I make get trampled over by contractors. I just finished a large job in 4 sections. At my last visit, the bathroom sinks were covered in drywall dust&mud, paint. They were scratched, chipped and stained by chemicals. There were footprints and rings from paint cans and the like. The builder is just glad the work is done and now the their client has to deal with it. I wish these people would listen to me.

If I broke a tile or cabinet. I would expect that my customer would want it fixed and that I would have to pay for the other subcontractors work.

I now have work out there that I can't take pride in due to others negligence and I'm upset about that. I can't even take pictures of the finished work for others to see.
