Now that some of you have gone to admire the fireworks yesterday which terrify birds, urban animals and wild animals alike, consider that freedom still has a long way to go. No animal domestic or wild should be subjected to the warzone of fireworks–the only sound that should be heard is freedom for all!

(Discrimination) Here is a familiar formula of inherited hatred: You are "this" way and I am "that" way, and because you are "this" way and not "that" way, you have no right to respect and compassion. With real words, you are "female" and I am "male" and a "female" has no right to vote. You have more melanin in your skin and I'm fair skinned so you have to serve under a master. YOU have hooves and horns so you have to make me meat and milk. YOU have wings so you have to make me eggs. And YOU have no right to live and no right to be treated well because you are "this" and I am "that."

The foundation for discrimination starts with animals. None are free until all are free.

Those dang calves will get you every time!

After helping a newborn calf nurse from their mother to survive, third-generation Canadian cattle rancher and farmer Mike Lanigan made the connection. Mike stopped sending animals to slaughter three years ago and turned his land into a vegan sanctuary. Now he sees his cows as individuals, with unique hearts and personalities.

From the Farmhouse Garden Animal Home website:
"He realized how hypocritical it is for him to give so much love to these animals, only to slaughter them in the end. While he never liked doing it, he never thought that there may be a way out.

After much thought, he decided to take the chance and stop raising animals for slaughter. Instead, he is now focusing on using his farm full of organic vegetables as a source of income, and showing people that it is possible for even a cattle rancher to fall in love with animals.

Farmhouse Garden Animal Home is now a place that fosters love and compassion for all animals. This little plot of land is a place for a community of animal lovers to come together and learn about how wonderful, sociable, gentle, and lovable farm animals can be. Enough to change anyone’s mind."

Hello again folx!

4 months ago, I started my business "Ethan's Handy Human Services" by putting my first post on Facebook.

I have been BOOKED every single day since then. I could not have asked for more genuine support and wonderful clients.
