Our world is shattered with your passing! I take comfort in knowing that I filled the largest promise I have ever made in my life! You ask me to Please not put you in a care facility as you fought Dementia, I (we) kept that promise until your passing! Mom, you are free now! There is NO way I could have kept my promise without my INCREDIBLE wife Kat! You loved and cared for my mom like she was yours! Your strength and Grace shows what an Incredible Woman you are! Thank you baby for Loving my mother even during the tough times! The real Rock Star in this story is Ms Mamie McGill, moms live in nurse that is nothing short of amazing! You came into our lives 5 years ago, you treated us like family from Day 1, we fell in Love with you for your devotion to mom! I have never really met anyone like you and I will most likely never meet anyone again like you! You left your family in SC to move with us and to continue caring for mom, I am simply lost for words! We Love you and Thank you for your dedication and hard work! There is NO way we could have kept mom home without you! It gives me great peace to know that you held mom as she passed! Thanks to all the friends and loved ones for the calls and messages, we appreciate it. Our World is forever changed....... Here are a couple of pics of mom, one from just 11 years ago the other three weeks ago with Tanner and Mamie at her 90th birthday and the last one mom as the Homecoming Queen in Tunica, MS
