Look at the B/A of this beauty
I found this “greenie” at an estate sale and made an offer. They took it, so home she went with me.
The green was super fun but it was just a bit much.
I painted the entire piece in a color called Svenska Blue by Annie Sloan. Then I added clear, light, and dark wax for character, lightly distressed it to let the original Granny Smith Apple green show and voila, a whole new look. Oh yes, don’t forget the beautiful Amazon find for the sweet new hardware.
I am so happy an old friend bought it to put in her 8 year old daughter’s room.

New B/A
It is a Bombay Company side table so it is super sturdy.
I got it at an estate sale clean out, super cheap. I gave it some love with “eucalyptus“ by Jolie to highlight the pretty scallops, and added a cute new glass k**b.

Latest fun makeover
My friend moved and gave me this piece she couldn’t keep.
I cleaned it with TSP, primed with Wise Owl primer, painted Paris Grey by Annie Sloan and then decided it needed a little umph. I mixed a slightly lighter shade of the base color and used a stencil to give it a very subtle artsy touch. I sealed with clear wax and added new pretty brushed gold k**bs. She is ready to go.
