Hi friends,

This wasn’t an easy decision, but it’s one filled with gratitude. After 5 years of refilling I will be closing up shop at the end of this year.

Thank you for showing up with bottles, questions, encouragement, and a real commitment to doing things a little better. Because of you, over 30,000 single-use plastic bottles were kept out of the waste stream and sustainability felt doable — not perfect, just intentional.

Running this refill business has been one of the most meaningful things I’ve ever done, and it only worked because you chose to refill.

I hope Zero Refills helped make lower-waste living feel more approachable and that you’ll keep choosing to reuse whenever you can.
