Just a bit of info about me and what my goal is here. I wouldn't call myself a woodworker, I am not that talented, but I am willing to try new things. My love for wood crafting stems from my parents. My mom builds furniture, my dad built my childhood home. Apart from the standard birdhouse build as child, I didn't start really getting into wood crafting until a few years ago, when my parents sold
my childhood home, and moved down to live closer to us. My first build was in their garage with their help and their tools. It's my gorgeous teal blue kitchen island and I will never part with it, flaws and all. In the past few years, I have slowly built my shop (goodbye garage!) and I am willing to take anything on. I love designs by Ana White, if you are not familiar with her, you should be. She is amazing, and I have often said that when I grow up, I want to be her. Wood crafting gives me peace...it's my happy place, and I am running out of room in my home, so I want to share it with you.
