I just want to say thank you to all current and past customers for being patient. As some of you already know my father is preparing to be with our lord and savior. For the past 2 months we have been taking care of him on hospice at home surrounded by family. The time is getting very close for him to be healed permanently. I want to say thank you as work production slowed a hair yall have been so kind and patient, even tho we are still working with travel and such the amount of hours in the shop have diminished. Updates on all projects (theres alot) will be coming soon. Again thank you and thank you for all the work.. I never thought id be where we are so fast the support for are small buisness has been remarkable.THANK YOU

The patio is officially ready for summer. Lemonade, sunshine, and nowhere else to be. 🌿🍹

The rust was spreading, the paint was peeling, and the sun exposure was leaving this customer's patio furniture looking a little dim. 4 patio chairs, 1 dining table, 2 side tables, and 2 lounge chairs — every piece got the full treatment.

🚿Washed to remove dirt and flaking paint.
⚠ Rust remover applied
👷Treated all the rusty spots so the metal is properly prepped for paint.

✨ New Skill Unlocked!

After months of being asked “Do you upholster?”… I finally decided it was time to dive in. And guess what? I tackled my very first upholstery project!

☁️Fresh padding for comfort and structure

🎨New matching fabric to bring the whole piece back to life

🙌Corrected upholstery on the bench so the corners and legs are beautifully visible again

🤩Cord trim added for that perfect pop of color between fabric and wood

Let’s wrap this week up with the truth most people don’t hear during a deal:

The inspection isn’t there to kill the deal. It’s there to define it.

Too many buyers hesitate to dig deep because they’re afraid of what they might find.

But the reality is, the risk doesn’t disappear just because you didn’t look for it.

It just becomes your problem after closing.

I’ve seen it go both ways:

Buyers who skip full inspections to “keep things moving”
…then get hit with unexpected repairs months later
And buyers who fully understand the building upfront
…who walk in confident, prepared, and in control of the numbers

Same type of building. Completely different outcomes.

A good inspection doesn’t create problems.
It gives you leverage, clarity, and a plan.

And if you’re making a six or seven figure decision, that’s not optional. That’s essential.

All done! ✨ This toddler rocking chair is getting passed down from a dad to his expecting daughter-in-law and son🤰. All it needed was a fresh coat of paint, and those once‑faded colors are now bold and vibrant again. It is ready for a whole new chapter of rocking on the front porch and many memories with grandpa.
