Shane Capps and I (Amber Capps) have had a busy year! Between classes, mini farm life, and still working on our house, we haven't had as much free time as we've wanted to be more creative. I've been working on some stained glass. If there are any pieces you ate interested in let us know!

2024 has been a great year for us as we continue working on expanding our pool of skills. All of the things that we have been able to produce have been spoken for before they are done. We took a wonderful forged flowers class Eureka Springs School of the Arts . We produced some really fun flowers and a quirky turtle that did not even make it home . Next year we are hoping to really focus on our beeyard and market garden while finishing an interior house remodel. Summer/Fall should be a time for us to get some inventory built up for the holidays. Thanks for the support and words of encouragement so far.

Shane and I took a dovetail blanket chest class in September. We weren't able to get the box finished before class ended but we brought everything home to finish later. Having more important things to get done (like getting heat in our house, and a Christmas) it got put to the side. Finally I had a shop day to just play around I got it done!

ESSA held an event yesterday offering free classes for Veterans. Of course Shane and I signed up for a woodworking class... and I made this beautiful box. I enjoy that place so much. Everything about it, the people, the opportunities, and the campus.
