A MODERN DINING SET $495 SOLD
A beautiful solid granite Modern dining set circa 1981 with 4 leather and wood chairs. Magnificent copper base and beautiful granite top that will las a lifetime. Chairs are chromium frames with beautiful exotic wood shells, Brown leather seats and back rests are removable and show less than expected signs of wear and are are so comfortable it's hard to get up! All solid and sturdy. We changed out kitchen footprint and don't have the room anymore. Easy ground floor garage pick up. If you're looking for serious comfort and style, this is it.

Mid Century Modernist Bar $395
A super cool early 1950's bar in beautiful Honduran Mahogany. Has tons of storage for your bottle service and glassware as well as mixing apparatus and utensils. Original hardware and fab 50s Mica mixing station. Mirrored top and brass hinges and door latches. Lighted interior with switch. Has minor expected dings and such indicative of its vintage. A Rare Modernist Mahogany Desk $900
Offered is a super rare Mid Century Modernist desk by Imperial Furniture.

Imperial Furniture has been producing quality products since its founding in 1903, mostly from mahogany. Top quality craftsmanship and Modernist design.

Desk has original brass hardware, sculptural sled legs, 3 large drawers and gorgeous mahogany grain patterns. The double drop leaves offer tons of additional surface area when needed. The desk is solid and sturdy and shows only minor signs of wear. It has been cleaned and re oiled with a beautiful finish. I have yet to find more than 1 other of these desks after weeks of searching. From my research it looks like Imperial produced mostly traditional furniture and hardly any Modern. This desk measures 44"w x 25"d and each leaf measures 14" which allows desk to open to a full 72" if needed. This looks to me to be dated from the late 1940s to the early 1950s. A beautiful Mid Century Milo Baughmann design for 'New Todays Living' collection in 1952 for Drexel. Made of elegant Silver Elm which was a departure from the periods dominating walnut finishes. The black lacquered base is an original feature on this chest. Features 6 spacious drawers with metal bone shaped pulls. In n excellent condition with minor age appropriate signs of use. Top drawer has a removable jewelry tray and a divided drawer below for organization. Measures 32"wide x 18"d x 44.5"h. Sleek minimalist design and sophisticated Silver Elm make this chest a graceful addition to any interior.

The superb and difficult to find R-6 dining table by Norwegian great Alf Aarstad for Rastad and Relling design. Beautiful teak extension table with 2 additional leaves. Octagonal shape with sleek spindle legs that can easily come off for transport. Measures 43 1/2" x 43 1/2" closed and each leave is 17 3/4". Table can open to 79" when both extensions are used. In excellent condition with minimum signs of wear. Has been cleaned and oiled and has always been cared for. Table is solid and sturdy with no shaking or wobbling. A wonderful addition to any interior. Classic elegant lines and Scandinavian craftmanship. Here is a link to the 1960s catalogue.
