Last week, Noah , a talent craftsmen, member of the Cleveland maker community, and good friend was involved in a hit-and-run while riding his motorcycle home. The SUV ending up running over his body, compound fracturing his femur and puncturing a small hole in his lung. He had a good prognosis, but will be a long and costly recovery. Please, if you can, donate to his Go Fund Me and help him get back on his feet.

I wouldn't recommend everyone out there employ this technique on the jointer. Only something I would do with freshly sharpened blades. I pulled the guard back so y'all can see whats going on. Also, should have had the fence set closer to me, as to not leave an unnecessary amount of blade exposed. Not the safest, but does a great job.
