✨ FROM ORDINARY STORAGE TO A CUSTOM SHOWPIECE! ✨
Check out this BEFORE & AFTER transformation! 👀
Our client had a collection of pieces that deserved a display worthy of them, so D.C.W Cabinetry LLC designed and built this massive custom display case from the ground up.
The finished piece features a custom Smoky Grey stain created using Renner water-based stain, followed by Gemini EVO Eclipse high-gloss clearcoat to give the wood incredible depth, richness, and protection.
We finished it off with full glass cabinet doors and interior lighting, turning the entire cabinet into a showcase where the client's collection can truly stand out. 💡✨
This is exactly why we love custom cabinetry. Instead of trying to make a mass-produced cabinet work for the space, we can design and build something specifically around the room, the collection, and the client's vision.

📚 20 FEET OF CUSTOM-BUILT STORAGE & STYLE! 🔨
This one is officially COMPLETE and installed! 🙌
We recently shared some progress photos of this massive custom bookcase, and now we’re excited to show off the finished project.
This nearly 20-foot-long custom built-in bookcase is made up of 5 separate cabinet sections, all brought together onsite and finished off with a continuous soffit board and crown molding to give it that true wall-to-wall built-in appearance.
For the finish, we sprayed everything with Gemini EVO in a satin sheen, custom color-matched to Rogue Blue. That deep blue gives this piece a bold, rich look while still keeping the room feeling clean and sophisticated. 🔵
And yes—the carpet being rolled back is intentional! The homeowners will be having new LVP plank flooring installed, which will complete the transformation of this bonus room. We can’t wait to see what the entire space looks like once the new flooring is down!

✨ CUSTOM DISPLAY CASES — FINISHED & READY FOR INSTALL! ✨
We just wrapped up these beautiful custom-built display cases here at D.C.W Cabinetry LLC, and they’re officially finished and waiting for installation!
For this project, we wanted a finish that would really make these cases stand out. We used a Renner water-based stain custom tinted to a smoky grey, giving the wood a rich, unique tone while still allowing the natural grain and character to show through.
Then we topped everything off with Gemini EVO Hi-Gloss Water-Based Clearcoat for that deep, polished finish you see in the photos. 🔥
And of course, those full glass cabinet doors are going to make these display cases perfect for showcasing what’s inside while turning the cabinetry itself into part of the display.
These are the kinds of projects we love—custom built, custom finished, and made specifically for the space and purpose they’re going into.

🔨 A NEARLY 20-FOOT CUSTOM BOOKCASE IS UNDERWAY! 🔨
Here’s a little behind-the-scenes look at the beginning stages of one of the larger built-in projects currently taking shape in our shop at D.C.W Cabinetry LLC!
This massive custom bookcase will span nearly 20 feet when completed and is being built as 5 separate cabinet sections that will come together during installation to create one seamless built-in.
And the color? 🔵 Rogue Blue!
Once fabrication is complete, these cabinets will head into our spray booth where we’ll spray them in this bold Rogue Blue finish. We’re excited to see this one completely transformed once the color goes on!
There’s still plenty of work ahead, but projects like this are exactly why we love custom cabinetry. Built from scratch. Built for the space. Built to make a statement.
