How fun would this Harry Potter inspired lantern be for your Halloween decor?

Created with moulds and 3x4 cards from The 3 Girls Tale Made of Magic Collection from Prima Marketing Inc. and the new Frosty Frames mould from the winter collection created by none other than the Queen of mixed media, Anna “Finn” Finnabair German glass glitter from Paint Couture Paint gives it that sparkle! Frame mould will be available on my website Sept 8!

Her class involves winter lanterns, but you can sign up for her class and I am happy to provide additional info on the materials I used to create this one!

Good morning!

I’ve wanted to make a birdhouse into a click for a long time, but could never find the right size and shape! I found this one at Michael’s (see last picture) and used ITD Collection paper from the Spring Mouse Works collection and Mila Project - Craft, Art & Design Moulds, Cornflower, Lilly of the Valley, Butterflies, mice and wheat and forget me nots! I also used a different mould with clay for the roof What do you think?

Before anyone asks, I CAN do a class, with this, but it would need to be several hours on a Saturday. You can text or message me if you’re interested. 716-255-5927.

Hmmmm… interesting! I feel like Bill Nye the science guy!😂

I saw on the Re•design with Prima®️ page where they used the n**e liquid acrylics in the Noel elegance mold. I thought… Why not green and a deep wine color? This is what happened! It literally started bubbling up and rising like cookie dough !!

I mixed Crimson and Carmine together because I wanted a deep wine color, and I wanted a dark green, so I mixed avocado, and Burnt sienna. I must say… This is an interesting result… But I ain’t mad.!!🤪 it’s super light and it kind of looks like one of those soap scrubs you use in the shower! They definitely rise quite a bit. Look at the tree! It looks like one of those Bugle crackers. 😆 is Barbara Ross would say… It’s a happy accident. I think it happened because the paint didn’t breakdown completely and that’s why you see all the little specs!
