All beds are built as they are ordered. My build schedule is locked in when the deposit is received and confirmed. Normal estimated build schedules are usually about 4-6 weeks. Delivery and assembly is INCLUDED with all bed orders within 100 miles of Claremont NH. Delivery and assembly beyond 100 miles will be quoted individually. (Usually set at only $.75 per mile, one way)
All beds come with 1 removable or fixed safety rail and with your choice of Minwax or Varathane stains. I offer other brands as long as what you choose is readily available to me. ACCESSORIES

To place an order, I need your email address so I can send you an online invoice. A secure link to make any payments will be included in the invoice. I require at least 2/3 of the total due to be paid up front with the remainder due upon delivery. If you wish to pay for the entire order up front, just let me know and I will adjust the invoice. Personal or business checks can also be mailed. Your order will be locked into my schedule when the payment is received. Standard Bed Sizes
My standard loft and bunk bed stands 67 inches tall at the top of the corner posts. Standard beds have exterior dimensions of 81 inches long for all twin or full size beds. Extra length at no extra charge is available. Queen and King size beds are about 86 inches long. Depth of standard twin beds is 42 inches, 58 inches for full size, 64 inches for queen size and about 83 inches for king size. Standard loft bed has about 50 inches of clearance under the bed. All beds pictured on Craigslist and on Facebook were built by me. Many of these beds were slightly modified for the customer so you may notice different features. I consider estimates of delivery dates very important. I usually am able to meet these estimates, but please understand that it may be necessary to adjust delivery times because of circumstances beyond my control, including bad weather. The initial invoice I send you will be a summary of the order as I understand it at that time. Please notify me via email to any changes that need to be made. Changes can be made until I start building your order. Lastly: Helpful information I will request. Bed Orientation: If you were standing in front of the bed, would the head of the bed be on your right or your left? Will the bed be placed on hardwood floors? (I provide protective felt sliders)
