Sandless® process uses a high speed machine with a wet, non-toxic solution to prepare the floor. All the dirt, waxes and other items on the floor remains in the solution, so nothing gets into the air. Then we apply multiple coats of finish to seal the floor and apply a top coat of either matte, gloss or satin finish.

Our service provides the following benefits:

- No sanding process so nothing gets into the air.

- Odorless, Kids and Pet Safe by being Certified Green.

- You can walk on your floors one hour after we are finished and move your furniture back onto the floor in a day.
