Very nice smaller 3 piece bedroom set that still offers great storage. Founders Furniture designed by Jack Cartwright and was sold in Pogue’s Department stores. Maple with painted drawer fronts and very cool drawer pulls. Perfect for smaller bedroom, guest bedroom, or kids bedroom. Two dressers and one nightstand. Dressers are 40” and 20” wide, 28” high, and 15.5”D. Nightstand is 20”W x 23”H x 15.5”D. Priced at $1,000 for all. Local delivery available.

Three very different budget friendly coffee tables! Including a tall one, and all are in excellent condition. First one is the tall one- 23” high and 42” round. Formica wood grain top and metal base- $150. Second one is a thick piece of amoeba glass (48” x 35” at widest points) placed on top of breeze blocks for a cool look(16” high)- $150. Ready just in time for pool season! Set of three molded fiberglass pool lounge chairs. These have been completely redone and are ready for years of enjoyment around the pool, on your patio or deck, or even just in the backyard. Heavy and sturdy, they are super comfortable measuring in at 64” long and 24” wide. Thanks to the fun sisters that were exploring the neighborhood from out of town- and allowed me to wrangle them in for a photo shoot! Priced at $400 each- would like to sell as a set of three. Probably my proudest restoration moment! Adrian Pearsall sofa for Craft Associates. This one turned out better than I expected, probably due to the fabric I found. Yes it is huge - 126” wide, but it does have the built in side tables with travertine marble. It was ugly when I found it(see last pic), but with the black paint job gone and the horrible fabric gone- this is truly a statement piece! You can now have one of the coolest sofas around, reach out for more details and pricing info.

These are very hard to find, and to find them in perfect working condition with all the parts is amazing! Wall mounted pull down lamp, which also pivots from side to side. Perfect for that reading or scrolling chair in your home. Three way switch with three separate lights. Globe is 12” wide for reference. Priced at $250.

Follow along on this one. I have restored problem close to 50 Plycraft chairs over the last 10 years. I love them and love the look as well as how comfortable they can be. With this one, I wanted to do something different- how about redoing it in fabric instead of leather/pleather? This one was a great candidate as the previous white upholstery had failed(zoom in on second pic)and was completely deteriorating. So, I decided on a cool small print houndstooth fabric, black buttons, and black piping. I feel it turned out great- and it sold before I even had it finished! Let me know what you think.
