Lawn and farm equipment companies are attempting to take control of the equipment they sell to farmers and the public by using proprietary software installed in an attempt to override and control your right to repair the equipment you purchased. The farmers are fighting back to restore their right to repair without being forced to pay the high costs of repairs by so-called "authorized dealers and repair shops".

We are recommending oil changes using full synthetic 10/30 oil at the same cost as regular 10/30 oil to better ensure the oil will not breakdown under hot temperatures. We also recommend using 93 octane fuel in all 4 and 2 stroke small engines to eliminate moisture from ethanol added fuels and for easier start after winter storage. Landscape businesses in need of emergency repairs to cut down-time and costs. Had this cub cadet zero turn dropped off this morning at 8:30 AM. After my first cup of coffee, I got it up and running, cleaned and serviced within 1 1/2 hours. His story was that everyone else told him it would be at least a 2 week wait and ridiculous labor costs. He had 4 jobs to do today and needed it up and running asap. Problem: flooding carburetor from sticking needle valve and choke valve spring out of adjustment. Pressure washed top to bottom to remove grass and debris and he was back in business same day.
