This Saturday, October 19th is the last cruise in for the year and it's going to be the perfect fall weekend for some family fun!

Check out all we have in store:

🚗 Classic cars, trucks, and vehicles will be set up along Main Street. Cruise in with your classic car or walk around town and enjoy shopping or one of our local restaurants.

🍭 Trunk or Treat with classic cars! Those participating in the cruise in are invited to bring candy to pass out and/or decorate your car or trunk for Halloween!

🎶 DJ Dana Grubb will be in Hanna Park playing the best jams.

🍧 Sunset Slush of Rowan County will be set up in Town Hall parking lot

JC Carson High School cheer squad is hold a car wash fund raiser next to Grove Cartel Brewing Co. on Main st, China Grove get your car cleaned for the weekend, they are here till 6pm today only!!!

we had our delivery truck washed and they did an awesome job!!!

You wake up with back pain

Unless you can definitively attribute muscle soreness to exercise or pain to injury, your mattress might be causing you to wake up achy. Keep an eye out for signs that your mattress is to blame: A stiff neck, sore lower back and a "pinching" pain in your joints, especially your neck and shoulders.

Also, consider whether the pain subsides as the day goes on. If you wake up with pain or soreness, but it's gone by midmorning or afternoon, it may be time for a new mattress. You should also make sure you're using the right kind of pillow to avoid neck and shoulder stiffness.
