A new address, and a new way to work. Harrison Street traded a traditional high-rise for the anchor tenant spot in an amenity-rich building in , one of Chicago’s most dynamic neighborhoods. Working alongside SCB, Continua furnished all 83,000 square feet of the new space, from flexible workstations on the open floor to the private offices, conference rooms, amenity areas, and outdoor terrace.
The result balances executive presence and organizational openness, with leadership spaces layered into working neighborhoods so people have privacy when they need it and shared resources close by. Tailored, flexible, and built around how Harrison Street actually works.
Drawing from the portfolio, premium open-line manufacturers, and custom solutions, the furniture selections support a workplace built for both immediate needs of its team and Harrison Street’s future growth.
