Jen brings approximately 16 years of hospitality experience and holds a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management. Her career began through the Disney College Program and has included restaurant, hotel, supervisory, and management roles throughout the Orlando area and Chicago—including positions with Walt Disney World, Hilton, and Marriott. Her diverse experience has given her a strong foundation in leadership, organization, and exceptional guest service.
Outside of work, Jen is a proud mom of two and has spent nearly 20 years coaching gymnastics after competing in the sport herself. She enjoys traveling, staying active, dancing, listening to music, and making memories with family and friends.
Fun fact: During her time at Walt Disney World, Jen had the unforgettable opportunity to perform as Mickey, Minnie, Donald, and Daisy!
Jen is excited to begin this new chapter, and we’re thrilled to welcome her to the Silhouette team!

We’re excited to welcome Stephanie Poliakoff and Meghann Gardner as the new Silhouette Outdoor representatives for Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Alaska, Wyoming and Western Canada.
Based in Seattle, Stephanie has spent the past 10 years building her independent commercial sales agency around a simple philosophy: Representing Brands with Passion. Meghann, based in Portland, joined the agency last year, expanding the team’s reach and presence throughout the Pacific Northwest.
Together, Stephanie and Meghann work closely with the hospitality and design community on hotel, multifamily and commercial projects, connecting designers, purchasing teams, ownership groups and developers with products and manufacturers they genuinely believe in.
They’re excited to bring Silhouette Outdoor to their clients throughout the territory—and we’re excited to have them representing us.
