Antique mission style trunk with beautifully detailed woodwork. This trunk is one of a kind with inlaid wood and dovetailed sides. It's one of the most creative designs we have seen. Originally built and used by a woodworker or carpenter to store tools in. With Fall around the corner, trunks are great storage for extra blankets, winter gear or as a coffee table. Fun, colorful and bold illustrated vintage fruit crate labels. The labels were used to promote fruits and vegetables on wooden crates for display. These labels are warehouse stock that were never used dating back to the 1940's. The labels are floated on 14" x 11" mat board and are in great condition. This exceptional industrial tripod lamp was originally a surveyor's tripod used by the US Corps of Engineers. Beautiful wood legs and aged brass fittings make this piece outstanding. The tripod still has the original U.S.C.E. made by Dietzgen sticker. The legs can be adjusted to the perfect height and it is a very solid, sturdy base topped with a neutral textured burlap shade. The lamp is wired with a 3 way switch to create the perfect lighting effect. A unique lighting fixture that makes a statement and can easily blend with many decors.
